• Buy a neck massager, and sit down with it for a short massage. This is especially great when you have a lot of stress tension.
• Go to your local book niche and enjoy a cup of coffee and a good book.
• Go to a movie, or rent one and curl up on the couch with your favorite blanket.
• Go get yourself a pedicure. If you have a local beauty school, it won't cost very much and they will pamper you. You deserve to be pampered. Celebrate you a little bit.
Learn to love and comfort yourself in new ways besides food. You owe that to yourself. You might be surprised at how many different ways you come up with to find comforts in life!
